For this first event of the year, last January, we offered 170 customers of a famous cosmetics brand an exclusive incentive day to discover authentic Corsica.
Divided into several groups, our customers went to meet the traditions and men who make the Corsican people what they are today.

Many moments of sharing marked the rhythm of this day:

Corsica, from the sea to the mountains

Bread, wine and sea urchins… our customers have made an authentic “Oursinade" by the sea, in an exceptional setting, sublimated by the morning sun. Accompanied by a fisherman and equipped like real professionals, customers have lived a unique and friendly experience before tasting the fruit of their work.

Meanwhile, another group was discovering the ancestral method of making brocciu at the foot of a Genoese tower dating from the 16th century while another group was participating in a workshop for making Corsican tome in the Prunelli valley. Both in the company of shepherds. Both brocciu and cheese are an integral part of Corsica's culinary heritage. Their mode of manufacture is indissociable. One comes from the other.

Honey & Delicatessen

At the foot of the Turgià tower, a beekeeper was also present to taste the different honeys of the area and to pass on his passion and expertise.

Finally, it is impossible to come to Corsica without meeting a real producer of charcuterie. Nestled in the small village of Frassetto, about fifteen customers visited a charcuterie workshop and shared with the farmer the different stages: slicing, drying…

The quintessence of the Corsican soul

Our clients also had the privilege of assisting to a polyphonic singing class given by a famous group of the region, in a 12th century chapel in order to enjoy perfect acoustics. Corsican songs today convey certain ideas and values dear to Corsica. They draw their sources from everyday life, from religious, family and social events. The quintessence is the art of tuning 3 voices – bass, second and terce – in order to make the whole depth of the Corsican soul resound during your event.

The soul of Corsica is also found through its wine, red, white or rosé, in the presence of a sommelier and in the heart of a small vineyard in the Gravona valley selected with care. Another part of the group was able to discover the richness and diversity of the Corsican vineyard.

A unique morning with unforgettable encounters!

At “spartera" le partage, an exceptional lunch

At the end of this morning, our 170 guests met at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa hotel, privatized for the occasion, with all the speakers for a lunch in the form of a Corsican market. A pooling of all the products tasted and the setting up of a tasting banquet gave rise to moments of exchange and sharing between the various participants and producers on what they had experienced during the morning.

This exceptional day ended with a concert of Corsican songs and the “Dio Vi Salvi regina", the Corsican anthem. An unforgettable moment of communion and emotion.

This team-building allowed the participants to create a real immersion in the heart of the tradition, the land and the Corsican culture at an ideal time for that. Discovering, listening, feeling, tasting, exchanging… all the senses were awakened to marvel at the local personalities, know-how and productions.
